| We are a small, family owned and operated business located in central Georgia. All of our products are homemade right here in our small kitchen. We only make small batches at the time to insure the best quality product that we can make. Friends and family test our products first before they are offered to the public for sale. If they don't like it, then we don't sell it.

| We only use the best ingredients available and with the exception of the ocasional use of goats milk or beeswax, our products are all veggian. Each ingredient is listed on every one of our products. We feel that our customers have a right to know exactly what goes on their skin. This also helps our customers check for allergies.

| I first got started making homemade soaps and lotions a little over a year ago. My neice actually got me interested in herbs and their healing properties. I soon started doing endless research and came across some very useful information on making soap at home. Pretty soon I had my very first batch under my belt and fell in love. We haven't bought soap from the store since then and neither has any of my family members. Everyone who has tried some of our homemade soap can't believe the difference it makes on their skin. This got me to thinking that I should offer my products to the public, online and at shows here in the state.

| I first started making my soaps just for my family and to give as gifts to friends. I have two small children here at home and was trying to find something that I could do to make some extra money for my family and be able to stay at home. Someone suggested that my soaps were so good that they would love to buy some from me to give as gifts and hence, Country Lane Soaps was born.
